Part One: The description of High Purity calcium Wire:

It is extruded from a metal calcium rod at one time, with firm texture, smooth surface and shiny metallic luster. It is a newly developed product of our company, Commonly supply the size are 5.8-9.0mm, and generally we can also be customized according to customer requirements.

Part Two: The Main characteristic of our high purity calcium wire:

1. High calcium activity, good softness of calcium wire, few joints, calcium content above 96%, used to produce high quality and high pure calcium wire.

2. After the calcium wire is rolled into a solid calcium wire, other oxides in the powder cored wire will not be brought into the calcium treatment process to contaminate the molten steel (such as: iron oxide in the calcium iron wire and alumina of the calcium aluminum wire etc)

3. The solid calcium wire has a high-density core rod, the core wire has the smallest surface area, which can lose activity due to oxidation, and can minimize the calcium oxide inclusions that pollute the molten steel, and can reach a deeper depth when feeding the wire. So as to achieve a higher calcium yield.

4. The calcium wire is more even. The calcium content per meter is higher and the more stable active calcium content ensures that the calcium treatment effect is more stable;
