1.Normal temperature solvent-based road marking paint
The Traditional marking paint, which has slow drying, short service life, and low cost, is still widely used in urban roads and general roads in my country.
2.Heating solvent-based road marking paint
High solid content, less solvent, fast-drying, good reflective effect, it is generally used in foreign high-grade highways.
3. Hot melt reflective road marking paint
Quick-drying, thick coating film, long service life, good reflective sustainability, currently occupying a dominant position in my country's high-grade highways.
4. Protruding vibrating anti-cursor line paint
Developed on the basis of the hot-melt type, it can be used for deceleration, vibration, warning, rain line, and other purposes, in the form of ribs, dots, rain troughs. At present, deceleration lines and sidelines on highways have been widely used.
5.Water-based reflective road marking paint
The drying time is average, and the temperature is lower than 10 degrees. Construction is not recommended. The current problem is poor adhesion and water resistance to asphalt pavement. Relevant manufacturers in my country introduced foreign water-based marking coatings, but they did not get satisfactory results in the application process. Therefore, waterborne coatings are still in the stage of development and trial application in China. 6. Hot melt anti-skid road marking paint (color pavement)
Anti-skid coating binders usually use alkyd resin, glue, phenolic resin, or modified epoxy resin with good weather resistance and mechanical properties, which are mixed with hard and large particles, such as Ceramic aggregate. These filler particles are large and protrude from the surface, generating a large friction force, thereby achieving the purpose of anti-skid.
7. Preformed marking tape (sticking marking, rainy night anti-skid molding marking)
The shape is similar to floor leather, with glass beads on the surface, good reflection effect at night, simple construction; mainly used for the pasting of letters, arrows, patterns, etc. on the road.
8.(Polyurethane acrylic) color anti-skid marking
Solvent-based color anti-skid marking paint, a technology from Germany, high anti-skid coefficient, mainly white, yellow, red, etc., used as highway text, arrows, distance confirmation, and to prevent vehicles from slipping in tunnels, entrances
