3. Primer-top paint (scratch coating)-engraving (mostly used in bicycle lanes) color pavement construction process
4. Arrive at the construction site: According to the construction requirements, arrive at the construction site on time or early.
5. Set up safety measures: According to factors such as road width, traffic flow, etc., make full use of safety facilities such as traffic signs, traffic cones, road fences, and warning belts to set the construction scope. Equipped with traffic controllers, wearing epaulettes, siren, and red flags, pay attention to vehicles and pedestrians to ensure the safety of construction workers.
6. Clean the road surface: Use a grinder, wire brush, and broom to thoroughly remove the dust, moisture and oil on the road surface. Then use a washing machine to thoroughly clean the ground. After the ground is dry, apply primer on the construction ground.
7. Adhesive tape and mixing paint: After the floor is cleaned, spring the line according to the construction requirements, and paste the adhesive paper according to the standard of the spring line; at the same time, add a proper proportion of curing agent to the coating and stir;
8. Primer: Apply the evenly stirred paint on the road with a scraper tool (using a scraper or scraper)
9. Spreading aggregate: evenly spread before the primer is dry
10. Top coat: After the primer is completely cured, apply it evenly on the road with a scraping tool (using a roller or a rake)
11. Repair and removal of enclosure measures: After the completion of construction, the workload should be measured according to the actual conditions, the road surface that does not meet the requirements should be repaired, the overflow and irregular coating film should be removed, and the thickness and size should be checked. Check whether the size and pattern of the construction pavement meet the requirements of the drawings, remove the enclosure measures, and open up traffic.
