The Different Between The Paint the The HotMelt Thermoplastic Road Marking Paint
The hot-melt thermoplastic Road paint type dries quickly, the coating is thicker, the service life is long, and the reflection persistence is characteristic, but the construction is troublesome and the operation is complicated. The ordinary type dries quickly, has a large construction area, simple construction and convenient operation.
Knife and axe. If the marking area is small, a kitchen knife can be used to cut the marking. After the hot-melt marking is solidified, it is relatively strong, and it can fall into lumps when cut with a knife. The disadvantage is slow efficiency. The marking can be removed cleanly.
Thermoplastic Hotmelt road marking paint is a special hot-melt marking paint. The raw materials are in powder form and packed in bags. During construction, put the paint into the machine and heat it to about 200 degrees to melt the paint into a gel, and spread it evenly on the ground. The paving thickness is about 1.5-1.8 mm. When the hot-melt marking line is not solidified, a layer of tiny glass beads is sprinkled on the surface of the marking line for night reflection. About 30 minutes or so, the marking line can be opened to traffic.
